General conditions of purchase and shipping

  • 1. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO BUY?

When you press the “Buy” button, on the right margin of the screen, a small box will appear that informs you of the items that you have added to the shopping cart. You can continue shopping and see the volume of your purchase in real time. If you want to send the order you just have to click where it says “send order”. You can also click on “Continue shopping” in case you want to add more items or leave the purchase for later. If you decide to confirm the purchase you will have to fill in the shipping information and choose the payment method. Once you select the chosen shipping method, click “continue” and the payment methods available for that type of shipping will appear. Before entering the payment information, the shipping costs will appear added. When you have filled out the form with the shipping information, you can choose a different address for billing and add your NIF or CIF in case you want to receive the invoice.
Review your data and check that everything is correct. Remember that until you press the “Finish” button, your order will not be effective, so you can always renounce the purchase or modify any data before sending it without any commitment on your part. We will send you a confirmation email so that you know that we have received it and you can check exactly what you have ordered, in case there are any errors. – Delivery period of 24-48 hours from the confirmation of payment.

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

– Shipping costs are generated depending on the customer’s location.
– Delivery time of 48-72 hours from the confirmation of payment.

Albarracin Bouldering does not assume the expenses corresponding to taxes and customs duties of each country. The charge is always made in euros. Albarracin Bouldering cannot be held responsible for possible variations (in favor of the customer or in our favor) due to the exchange rate at the time the customer is charged the amount of the purchase.

CONSIDERATIONS ON DELIVERY TIMES

Upon receiving your order, we manage it on the day and send it the next day after verifying the payment and you would receive it within the term that appears in the shipping conditions. Delivery times are calculated on working days -from Monday to Friday- since we do not make deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays (local holidays must be added to national holidays: August 30 -variable according to the working calendar-) and of the autonomous community (October 19), as well as December 24 and 31).

  • Payment systems

We accept payments by bank transfer and PayPal.
The product will not be sent until verifying that the payment has been made correctly.

  • Personalized attention

Behind the order management process there is always the same person, a single interlocutor who will attend to all the follow-up of the order in a totally personalized way; If there are any problems or difficulties, they will notify you and attend personally by phone or email.

  • Is VAT included in the prices?

Of course. In shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and abroad (except countries belonging to the European Union) we will deduct VAT -even if it is not reflected in the shopping cart-, since there is no obligation to pay it.

  • How do I know that my order has been received?

Once you have filled in all your data, you can always choose to send your order or delete it. If you decide to send it, you will receive within the following 24 hours an email confirming receipt of it; In this email you will be assigned an order reference number, so that if a problem arises we can quickly identify it.

  • Returns and cancellations policy

Our policy, complying with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any book within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that it keeps the original packaging and has not been used. If the cause of the return was that the returned book is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order. In the event of a return due to a change of opinion, or due to erroneous notification of the shipping address and / or telephone or the requested items, the transport costs will be borne by the customer. The return of the payment will be made via bank transfer. To make a return effective, contact us at the email info@albarracinbouldering.com If you want to cancel an order, you can do so as long as we have not shipped it. In this case, you must wait to receive it and proceed to return it as long as the conditions indicated above are met.

  • Privacy and confidentiality policy

In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, at the time a client places an order, their personal data, domiciliary data and those related to their method of payment, are incorporated into our database, being used only to process the order.
